PRODUCTS & PRICES. All products offered for sale on our website are new and fully guaranteed. Products are sourced directly from manufacturers and are fully traceable. We do not supply copies or 'look-alike' brands.
Our pricing policy is to include UK VAT tax (20%) and delivery charges in all listed prices. VAT is not payable by customers outside the EEC and is automatically deducted at checkout. In some cases we are able to offer discount for quantity purchases. This is clearly shown on the description page for the relevant product.
DELIVERY POLICY. All products listed are normally available from stock. To allow for order processing and packing we specify ex-works shipment within 3 working days from receipt of cleared payment.
If there is a known delay affecting delivery of a particular product (component shortage for example) this will either be added as a note to the product page or advised to the customer at time of order. If a customer is unable to wait for a delayed delivery then any payment already made will be refunded immediately.
In order to keep prices competitive deliveries for small items within the UK will be sent by Second Class Mail. Deliveries within the EEC and overseas will be sent by Small Packet airmail service. For larger items within the UK and worldwide we look at the best available options.
We are not contracted to any single carrier as, in our experience, no carrier can cover all destinations effectively. For this reason we work with Parcels2Go www.parcels2go.com to select the best available option to any specified destination.
We are also happy to accept instructions to forward goods to any UK based freight shipper.
REFUNDS & RETURNS. Our business is built on customer service therefore we try to make our Refund and Returns policy as simple as possible.
- If the goods you receive are not exactly as described on our website we will exchange or refund the items and pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
- If any goods are found to be faulty when received we will exchange or refund the items and pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
- If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong items we will still refund or replace the goods although in this case we would ask that you pay the cost of return carriage.
- The only variation to these rules may occur if a technical product is in a very remote location from where return would be difficult. Under these circumstances, and with the agreement of the customer, we would send a free replacement for any faulty component and refund any reasonable local fitting charges incurred.
We do ask that any claims for Refund or Return are made within 7 days from receipt of goods.
PRIVACY POLICY. All customer financial information is totally secure.

We encourage all customers to make payments through our primary website payment gateway. This is a totally secure card processing system operated by PayPal www.paypal.co.uk If we are requested to take payment details for manual processing then any confidential information given to us is destroyed immediately the processing is completed.
