All products sold on our site are new and fully guaranteed.
From time to time we may sell ex-demonstration or display items.
When we do so these items are clearly described as such and any variation in guarantee terms is made clear.
If any of our products arrive with transit damage we require notification within three days of shipment with a description of the problem. We will then arrange for a replacement item to be sent and for the damaged item to be collected at our expense.
If any item ordered is found to be faulty on arrival please contact us within three days to arrange for a replacement to be sent. The faulty items will be collected at our expense.
